Back to School Event
This year, Onechurch and our I Love Seattle team are partnering with Bailey Gatzert Elementary School to host a free Back to School event for local students and families.

Time: 5:00–7:00 PM
Location: Bailey Gatzert Elementary School
Our heart is to help kids and families start the school year feeling encouraged, supported, and celebrated. We're creating a fun, welcoming event with free resources and experiences. We want every family to leave knowing they are seen, loved, and cared for.
1. Volunteer Your Skills
Do you have a gift or business you'd like to use to serve others? We'd love to have you! We're looking for:
Hair stylists & barbers
Face painters
Coffee or boba vendors
Bakers & food vendors
Clothing stylists
And more!
Ways You Can Get Involved
2. Serve at the Event
Help make the event happen by serving with setup, parking, hospitality, cleanup, traffic flow, or wherever you're needed.
3. Donate Supplies
We're collecting new items to bless local families.
Clothing (new only) for ages 5-12
Other Essentials: ORCA cards, Alarm clocks, Umbrellas, Ponchos, Hand warmers
You can drop donation at the Back to School installation at church from now until August 30th.
I Love Seattle is Onechurch’s outreach team and ministry program dedicated to serving our city and the surrounding community.
Through I Love Seattle, we create opportunities for people to step out, meet practical needs, and show the love of Jesus through acts of service both within and beyond the church walls.
